The Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) is a nonprofit education organization located in New York City. A recognized leader in advancing meaningful reforms in public education, CEI’s mission is to make the school the center and driving force of public education reform and innovation. We work directly with teachers, school leaders, and the community to create the schools their children need to succeed.
CEI’s leadership is comprised of highly revered educators who have experience at every level of public education–from the classroom to district, state and federal organizations. It is this on-the-ground experience that allows CEI to provide valuable support to public schools that choose to partner with us on everything from improving curriculum and instruction, developing strong leadership, and designing student-centered learning environments to providing after-school programs that bring the wealth of New York City’s cultural life to their students.
