Program Coordinator – Arts Education

DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Program Coordinator will assist with the coordination of an arts education program serving special needs students and teachers. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with teaching artists, school sites and all partners to ensure program delivery, scheduling student residencies and professional development services, and managing budgets, as well as ensuring high quality arts-based academic lesson plan development.

Individual must be highly organized and self-motivated, have experience managing programs, and have a background in the field of arts education. This position reports to the Director of Arts Education.

Minimum requirements for the position include:

BA or BS degree with experience

2-3 years of relevant work experience

Expertise with Microsoft Office programs – Photoshop a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

 

DETAILS

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $25,000

Part-Time: Monday-Friday – 9am-1pm
