NYU is pleased to announce that applications are open for their summer 2017 suite of three cutting edge National Science Foundation supported professional development programs in engineering, robotics and entrepreneurship at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Middle and high school teachers can apply to study and train with NYU engineering faculty and graduate students, learn techniques to integrate engineering, computer science and technology into curricula, and bring hands-on STEM learning to classrooms. One program even provides an opportunity for high school teachers to train and teach with students from their schools.
Visit our Educators website for important details and to apply online. Requirements, eligibility, time commitment and stipend vary by initiative so please review the website information to determine which programs are right for you and your school.
Consider putting engineering, robotics, computer science and entrepreneurship initiatives on a strong foundation in your school through these high-quality, in-depth professional development opportunities. We look forward to working with you this summer.
